In Case of Emergency

When everyone is hitting the “In Case of Emergency” button, they’re looking for a Champion. How you respond to adversity determines if you’re a Champion or not.

When those around you are caving in and are panicking; you remain calm and perform at a higher level. You are the one that they are looking for. You are the one that steps up to the plate and delivers more than anyone expects. A Champion does not have a panic button. There is no hysterical rant, finger pointing, head down, shoulders slumped. A Champion is poised even in the heat of battle. An unstoppable person is level headed. Champions are unstoppable and relentless because they know how to use their mental conditioning to control the physical. Champions in the physical are first Champions in the mental. They control the mind and then the mind controls the body. I see the opposite far too often. Watch those that lose it when the going gets tough. Those are the ones that are letting their mind control them and then the body follows suit. Are you in control of your mental game today? How do you respond when the ‘emergency” comes? Be the one who the others look for when the panic button is pressed. Are you a Champion today?

Handle It

Champions make the competition study them; they don’t care what they are facing, they know they can handle anything.
If you are a true Champion you don’t study the opposition; you make your opposition study you. You set the standard that everyone else is trying to reach. You know that no matter comes your way, you can handle it and be successful. You were created to be awesome and it’s time to go to the next level. There will be adversity that you will have to face. Don’t try to avoid it, but go through it. You own this! Be careful that you don’t settle for second best. It’s not easy being relentless and unstoppable. If it were then everyone would be. It’s not talent, but a choice. You have to be mentally tough enough to handle it. Don’t let another day go by without getting better. Are you ready to be able to handle anything?

The Struggles

The struggle, adversity, and victories are all part of the Champion’s process and we must embrace all of it.

I have never known a great person that has not been through some tough times. It’s not necessarily the adversity that makes you a Champion, the struggle exposes the greatness of a Champion. A Champion never tries to avoid the struggles and adverse situations. I have seen some that will embrace the tough times, but when success comes, they shrink away from it. Fear of success is not uncommon in many people. However as a Champion you have to embrace both the tough and good times. Be at your best at all times. Even your bad days can be good days when you learn from them. Be a learner all the time. Whatever the situation take what it is offering. A Champion must be aware what is the truth of the situation. Embrace the struggle, the adversity and the victories in life. Are you embracing them all?

To Adversity to Success

Adversity and success are neighbors on the way to becoming a Champion, you have to have both in your life.

Some of the best advice you will ever get to be a Champion, to be unstoppable is to never, ever, never give up. When adversity is present, know that success is right behind it. All you have to do is keep on keeping on. Stay with your process. Don’t allow negative thoughts to stay in your mind. You may be going through the toughest time of your life, but don’t give up. You may be dealing with the worse adversity you have ever faced, but don’t quit today. You are not alone in your struggles. We all may have gotten here in different boats, but we in the same ship now. To be a Champion, to be relentless we need one another. Never try to do make it by yourself. I encourage you today, to stay the course. You are closer than you think you are right now. Be the Champion that you were created to be today! Are you dealing with adversity today?

Your Response to Adversity

How do you respond to adversity?

The way you handle adversities has a huge impact on your success in life? If you shrink back, choose to get bitter and lose your drive, then you are allowing the difficulties of life to bury you. You are allowing hardship to keep you from your God-given destiny. But if you choose to keep pressing forward with a smile on your face, even in the hard times, you are allowing your character to be developed inside of you. You are setting yourself up for success. Think about this: the only difference between a piece of black coal and a priceless diamond is the amount of pressure that it’s endured. When you stand strong in the trials and difficulties in life, when you shape and mold your character, it’s like going from a piece of coal to a priceless diamond. Those difficulties are going to give way to new growth, new potential, new talent, new friendships, new opportunities, new vision. You’re going to see your life grow in ways that you’ve never even dreamed! How do you respond to adversity?

The Yoke of Adversity

Adversity is going to come and there is nothing you can do to stop it.

All through life, adversity tries to stop us with a yoke of bondage — a yoke of depression, a yoke of low self-esteem, a yoke of compromise. Adversity will try to hold you down so that everything is a struggle. You may be working hard, but you can’t get ahead because you have all these yokes controlling you. Handling Your Adversity

It is inevitable, as you become a Champion, that you will face adversity that will try to stop you.

I don’t think we can exhaust the subject of facing adversity. Everyone, the Champions and those that have decided to be average will face adversity. If you are breathing adversity is in your life. It is how you deal with that determines which group you are in. Champions, of course, face the adversity in their life. Turn it to their advantage. Champions learn, grow and become stronger because of the adversity. Average people try to avoid the adversity, ignore it, or just give in to it. That is why they have decided to remain average. Being average is a choice that people make. Those that are unstoppable, don’t let adversity stop them, they use it to move them up and forward. That is a key factor in being a Champion. When things don’t go your way, you don’t sit down, complain, blame and give up. Adversity is just a part of life no matter who you are. How are you handling adversity today?

Tough Times

Every struggle, every challenge, every failure is meant to help show us who we are in this moment and how far we have to go to be a Champion.

Every thing in life happens for a reason. You may not like the reason at the time, but know that it all works in your favor. It’s all in your perspective. A Champion takes the worst of days to build the best of days. Being relentless and unstoppable requires you to take every day and make it your best. Some of the worse days of my life have been my best. As a Champion being your best at your lowest point is a necessity. There is no time for pity parties, blaming others or looking for a way out. Go through the tough times and learn. A Champion never stops learning, it’s a daily process. Take inventory of your life today. Where are you at in life? Are in a good season or a tough season? Know that every tough day is a good day. Be the Champion that you were created to be today. You ready to be a Champion?
