Excellence is about playing your best when you need it the most.

It’s easy to be at your best when everything is going great in your life. However, today may not be one of those days for you. If things aren’t going well today, but you still are preforming at a high level, you are demonstrating excellence. One of the definitions of excellence is being at your best when you aren’t at your best. I am sadly amazed every day at the lack of excellence in this area. The lack of pushing through the adversity that people are facing to be their best. It takes mental toughness to be able to overcome adversity. It takes excellence to preform at a high level every day, especially on your bad days. This excellence isn’t something that you are born with, it is something that you develop. Can everyone develop this mental toughness to have excellence? Yes! Without a doubt you can be a person of excellence in your performance. You can push through and overcome adversity to be a person of excellence. Begin working today on your adversity overcoming techniques. Be the person of excellence in every area of your life.
