It's Here!

Happy New Year! The day we have been waiting on is finally here! I hope that you will take full advantage of what is waiting for you during this year. This is the year of destiny, purpose, change, blessing, dreams, identity, healing, forgiveness, hope, restoration, reconciliation and love. There is so much waiting for you in this year.

We have to be in position to receive all that is stored up for you.  During the last few days I have been trying to watch the Bowl games.  My last dose of college football for the year. There is one thing I have learned during my years of playing, coaching and watching sports; that is you have to be in position if you are going to make a play.  It does not matter how good you are if you are not in position to make the play. So let’s make sure we are in position to make the play when it comes our way. Make sure you are where you are supposed to be, doing what you are supposed to be doing, doing it the right way and doing it for the right reason.  Then you will be in position. There is nothing like being in the right place when your opportunity comes.  Remember the opportunity of a lifetime has to be grasped during the lifetime of the opportunity.  So listen to your “coach” and get in position and make the play! This is your year!
