Mind Direction

Many people today don’t realize that the reason they’re not happy, the reason they’re not enjoying life is simply because they’ve trained their minds in the wrong direction.

They’ve programmed their minds to worry. They’ve programmed their minds to complain. They’ve programmed their minds to see the negative. But just as we can train our minds to focus on the negative, we can also reprogram our minds to focus on the positive. It all depends on what we meditate on. When we meditate on the truth we reprogram our minds. When we meditate on the truth, we are developing a right mindset. When we choose to be grateful and focus on what’s right rather than what’s wrong, we are choosing a positive attitude. This doesn’t happen automatically, you have to discipline yourself to focus on the right things. You have to make a conscious effort to spend time developing a truth based mindset every single day until a habit is formed. What is your mind set today?

Computer Programming

Our minds work a lot like a computer. The way we program our thinking will determine how our lives are going to function.

You can have the most expensive, powerful computer you can find, but if you load the wrong software, it’s not going to perform at its best. In the same way, many people are not living a victorious life not because there is something wrong with them, but because of what has been programmed in their thinking. They start believing the lies, “I’m not talented. I don’t have a good personality. I’ve made too many mistakes. I’ve reached my limits.” Just like a virus can slow down a perfectly good computer, our wrong thinking can keep us from our destiny. If you’re going to live in victory, you’ve got to know how to hit the delete button. When that thought comes that says, “You’re just average. You’re ordinary.” Hit delete and say, “I’m a masterpiece. I’m one of a kind.” When you hear, “You’ve seen your best days. It’s all downhill from here.” Hit delete and say, “My future will be brighter than my past.” If you will start hitting the delete button on those negative thoughts, your life will go to a new level, and you’ll experience the destiny you were created for. Powerful Imagination

Your imagination is extremely powerful.
You are a visual being. Choosing the right images in your mind’s eye is important because your life will move in the direction of your most dominant thoughts. The way you see yourself in your mind’s eye, over time, will drop down into your heart and become your reality. If you’ll create a picture in your imagination of you being a Champion, unstoppable, and relentless, then your life will move in that direction. Every morning, you should wake up and picture yourself succeeding; picture yourself healthy and successful; picture yourself and your family not only being blessed, but being a bigger blessing to others. If you’ll keep the right images in front of you and work your process, you’ll see yourself the way you should. How do you see yourself today?

The Amazing You

Most of us think, “There’s nothing amazing about me.

Nothing wonderful. I’m just average. I’m just ordinary.” No, the fact is there is nothing at all ordinary about you! You have a fingerprint that nobody else has. There will never be another you. Even if you have a twin, they don’t have your same personality, your same goals, or your same fingerprints. You are an original. . When you say, “I am wonderful, I am attractive, I am awesome, I am a Champion,” not only does strength, purpose and success start coming your way, but on the inside rises up. Your self-image begins to improve, and you start carrying yourself like you’re someone special. You no longer drag through the day feeling inferior. You have that spring in your step, that “go after it” attitude. Be the Champion you were designed to be today. Be the difference in someone’s life. Do you believe you are amazing?

Can and Can’t

To be a Champion you have to know what you can control and know what you can’t.

First you can’t control other people or the weather, but we do seem to try. You control yourself, your attitude, your response to adversity. Stop trying to control other people. A person that is a Champion is not a manipulator. We don’t try to control the outcome as a Champion. You work the process and do your best all the time and the results will take care of themselves. When you stop trying to control outside factors then you free up your mind to focus on being relentless. One of the main reasons that people are not unstoppable is that they are trying to focus on too much. When they attempt to focus on stuff they can’t control it takes away from their mental edge. Remind yourself when things are going bad that ‘somethings I can control, somethings I cannot.’ You will be so much freer mentally when you learn this principle. Take control of your attitude and response to adversity and see your life go to the next level. Are you controlling what you can control today?

Secret to Success

The secrets of success are hidden in the routines of our daily lives.

Your routines make up your process. What you do every day to be the best. The average will do follow the process some of the time. Maybe five days a week. The unstoppable follow the process every day. When I am asked; “What do you mean by everyday”? I mean everyday. Thats Monday through Sunday. It means holidays and birthdays. It means you follow the process when you feel like it and when you don’t. A Champion knows that feelings don’t factor in to being the relentless. When you only do something when you feel like it, then you will be average and drop out when it gets tough. It’s time to separate yourself from the rest of the crowd. Get your process simplified and do it everyday. Don’t let quit, give up or just get by ever come into your mind. Follow your plan to the tee. Make the necessary adjustments on the fly. Be the best at whatever you do. Be the Champion you were created to be. If you been knocked down by life and we all have, get back up today. Do you have a daily process?

Your I Am’s

Have you ever considered the power of the statement, “I am”?

What follows these two simple words will determine what kind of life you live. ” I am strong. I am healthy.” Or, “I am slow. I am unattractive. I am stupid.” The “I am’s” that are coming out of your mouth will bring either success or failure. All through the day the power of “I am” is at work in our minds. Many times we use the power of “I am” against us. We don’t realize how it’s affecting our future. Here’s the principle. What follows the “I am” will always come looking for you. The good news is that you get to choose what follows the “I am.” When you go through the day saying, “I am unstoppable,” you become unstoppable. “I am talented.” Talent comes looking for you. You may not feel up to par but when you say, “I am healthy,” health starts heading your way. “I am strong.” Strength starts tracking you down. You’re inviting that into your life. Get up in the morning and invite good things into your life. Declare “I am relentless. I am strong. I am talented. I am disciplined. I am focused. I am a Champion.” And always make sure the truth follows “I am”! What is your I AM today?

Willing To Be Uncomfortable

What greatness really requires is a willingness to be uncomfortable.

We talk a lot in Sports Psychology about being comfort being uncomfortable. To be a Champion you are going to be uncomfortable quite a lot. You are going to have to do the things that others won’t do. Why won’t others do them? Because they are not comfortable being uncomfortable. People that choose to be average don’t want to sacrifice to be the best. To be unstoppable means you have to put in the hard work, the time, the dedication. Being uncomfortable becomes your new comfort zone. Taking your game to the next level is going to require you to go to the next level too. It will require you to be relentless in your training. It doesn’t matter what it is you’re doing. You have to out work your opponent. When they get uncomfortable and quit, you’re just getting started. Are you willing to be comfortable being uncomfortable today?
