Payoff

Champions don’t care about instant gratification; they invest in the long-term payoff.

Champions are in for the long haul. One play, one game, one season doesn’t make a you a Champion. The same goes for one business deal, one sale, one class doesn’t make you a Champion. You have to be unstoppable to be a Champion. You have to be relentless. You don’t stop after one day goes your way. You keep grinding it out, day after day, year after year. It doesn’t matter if you’re in sports, business, stay at home mom, or student you have to let be in for the long run. This is one reason today there are fewer Champions. People seem to want everything quick and easy. That’s not a Champion. Find your strength area, your gifted zone and be the best ever at what you do. Get better every day. Grow every day. Prepare your mind and body to be in this until the end. When you get to the top, then raise the top higher and keep climbing. You have what it takes to be the best, to be a Champion. Develop your mental toughness and discipline to stay in it for the duration. Are you ready to stay for the long-term payoff?

Grateful Mindset

You have to possess a greater spirit of gratefulness and effectively demonstrate greater appreciation to others of the purpose they have.

Those people that have an attitude of gratefulness are abundance minded. Abundance minded people are people of purpose. Poverty minded people are rarely grateful and don’t live a purpose filled life. Grateful people know that we all have a purpose and each of us needs all of us. A poverty minded person is a selfish minded person. They don’t think there is enough for everyone. It doesn’t just mean money. We are talking about a person’s purpose. To walk in your purpose you have to use your gift. Grateful minded people know that there is more than enough purpose to go around. Unfortunately few people ever take the time to completely life in their purpose. So it makes sense to have an abundance mindset. God has more than enough of whatever it is you need. If you want to live with purpose, then make sure you have a grateful mindset and share your appreciation of others. What is your attitude today?

Be Thankful

Are you giving thanks in every circumstance?

This might seem like a stretch at first, especially when you are going through tough times. I’m not saying to give thanks “for” everything, but give thanks “in” everything. In other words, no matter what’s going on, find something to be thankful for. Don’t just focus on what’s wrong in your life; focus on what is good in your life. That’s why we should always have the attitude that says, “God, in spite of what’s happened, I choose to be grateful. I may be sick, but, thank You for being my healer. Thank you for giving me great friends and family.” Or, “I may be struggling in my marriage, but God, thank You for being my restorer. Thank You for giving me another sunrise.” As you give thanks in everything, you will see God’s hand move mightily on your behalf, and you’ll come out of that difficulty better, stronger and wiser than before. Are you being thankful today?

Being Grateful

One of the first steps in the dedication process is the ability to develop an attitude of gratitude.

No matter what may be happening in the world around you, you can always find something to be thankful for. Gratitude is a powerful force that opens the door to your destiny. Constant gratitude also shows humility because when we are thankful, we magnify the positive instead of magnifying our problems. It gives us proper perspective and opens the door for grace, mercy and forgiveness.  So what are you grateful for today? Are you grateful for the sun that shines and brings a new day? Are you thankful for the people in your life? As you choose an attitude of constant gratitude, you’ll experience mercy and kindness in greater ways. You’ll be filled with peace and joy. Are you a grateful person?

Humble Gratitude

Gratitude is acknowledging that someone did something for me that I could not do for myself. It shows our humility.

No matter what may be happening in the world around you, you can always find something to be thankful for. Gratitude is a powerful force that opens the door to God’s blessing. Having constant gratitude proves your faith in God because not only do you thank Him for what He has done in the past, you thank Him for what He will do in the future. It’s that kind of faith that pleases God. Constant gratitude also shows humility because when we are thankful, we magnify God instead of magnifying our problems. It gives us proper perspective and opens the door for God’s grace, favor and supernatural empowerment. So what are you grateful for today? Are you grateful for the sun that shines and brings a new day? Are you thankful for the gift of eternal life? As you choose an attitude of constant gratitude, you’ll experience His mercy and loving kindness in greater ways. You’ll be filled with His peace and joy and pave the way to move forward into the abundant life He has prepared for you. Are you showing gratitude today?
