Finishing Up
Sometimes when we have a dream in our heart, we start off strong. We head down the path toward our goal, and we’re so excited! But along the way, we hit some roadblocks and encounter some adversity. Many times, people will just give up and take the easy way out. But we have to remember, it’s not how we start that counts; it’s how we finish. Anybody can be fired up at the beginning, but I’m encouraging you to stick with it until the end! Have the determination to go all the way through. Don’t stop at the halfway mark just because times are tough. Don’t quit because you don’t see anything happening. The scripture tells us not to walk by sight, but to walk by faith.
If there’s a dream in your heart, something you’re believing for — a relationship to turn around, a business opportunity or to overcome an addiction — keep pursuing it! Run your race to win the prize! Don’t settle until you see the fullness of what God has placed in your heart. As you stand strong in your faith, I believe God will pour out His favor and blessing upon you, and you will see the victory He has in store for you!

No More Losing
I had grown tired of losing, being made to believe that I would break out of the cycle of not measuring up. I was no longer going to buy in to the enemies lies about my life.
Many of you have experienced what I should said. You have been around and around the mountain of losing, defeat, and emptiness. Then one day something changes inside you. You wake up and realize that you have had enough. Today can be that day for you. When you realize that all this time you have been hearing the lies of world. The lies of the enemy of your life. You will then see the truth. Know that you can break that addiction, you can make the changes in your lifestyle. Know you that are loved and cared about by those in your life. Know that you are needed and have a purpose. Understand that you are valuable, precious, powerful, and awesome. You don’t have to be under that load of defeat, not good enough or losing any longer. Stand up and hold your head up. God has a plan for you and today it starts. God loves you and above all makes you the winner you were created to be.

Mercy Sees the Why
Mercy sees the why behind the what in what we do. Let mercy direct your response.
There is a reason why he talked to you the way they did. There is an explanation behind why she behaved that way. Before you get even or cut them out of your life; let mercy speak. Mercy has the ability to see past the what and into the why. The why will let you in on a lot about that person. Their spouse may have left them the day before. Their son or daughter may be making some bad decisions in life. They may have just lost their job. There are so many things that happen in other people’s life’s that we don’t ever know about. However, we see the what that comes from it. We all have had major things happen to us and have acted out because of it. That is not an excuse to do so, but mercy will cover that wrong action. Be a source of comfort and peace for them. Be a covering for them at that moment. Allow them to make a mistake on you. We all need mercy, so we all have to show mercy. When you show mercy you will receive mercy.

Redemption Book Review
I have just finished reading the book Redemption by Bryan Clay. I want to recommend this book to you. From beginning to end this book inspired, motivated and encouraged me. From Bryan’s life, we can learn that no matter where you start in life; you can finish strong. We see that we all have a purpose and a destiny, even when it looks just the opposite. Never give up, never quit is yet another lesson. Bryan said often in the book, “God doesn’t expect me to be perfect. He expects me to give my best, and He’ll make it good enough.” That is so good. If you want to take your life to the next level, if you are dealing with overwhelming circumstances, then this book if for you. I highly recommend it for all ages.

Climate Control
Climate determines forecast. What type of climate are you? What is your direct affect on other people you come in contact with?
Are people better off when they have been with you? These are questions that you need to ask each day. What affect do you have on people? Do you bring encouragement or discouragement? Do you bring other up or pull them down? Your attitude, words, and body language are just some ways we affect those around us. The way we see ourselves is the way we will eventually see others. You can’t give others something that you don’t have yourself. You can’t love others if you don’t have love. You can’t encourage others if you don’t have courage. The list goes on and on. Whether you realize it or not, you do have a direct affect on people. Today be encouraged and give away courage. Be loved and show love to others. You do make a difference.

Change Me
How are you doing? In the last week, have you had one of those personal, private, emotional moments while reflecting on a relationship, your business or career, or your personal finances? Are you ever surprised to discover just how strong you have been in spite of the storms of life?
There will come a time when I can share my darkest moment, the night I finally hit the wall and had no more strength to move forward. I remember exclaiming, “I can’t go on like this. Change me God, make me into the man you created me to be.”
The real journey began that night. Prior to this moment, I wanted someone to come and rescue me. I stopped waiting. The principles I would soon learn and apply created miracles in every area of my life. I still remember the day when the final weight was lifted.
The challenges I faced were all too familiar to the challenges being faced by so many today. If you are in one of those dark places and you are running out of energy, or know someone who is, help and hope is available. I can feel the sense of urgency every time I read an email from someone who has read my books or blog. May you or your friend be the next person to receive these principles.Join me tomorrow morning is shouting to the world, “Today I begin a new life!”

Taste of Love
God loves you so much today! He wants you to know and experience His love.
When you experience something, it becomes real to you. You “own” it, so to speak. For example, let’s say you’ve never eaten pizza before. Someone else can describe it to you. They can tell you all about the taste and texture, but until you take a bite of it, it won’t really mean anything. In the same way, you can hear all about God’s love and how wonderful He is, but it’s not until you experience it first hand and allow His love to sink down into your heart that something happens on the inside of you. His love changes you. It builds confidence and strength in you. It empowers you to overcome temptation and to stand strong no matter what difficulty you may be facing. When you open your heart and receive His love, you will be fully persuaded that nothing can separate you from Him!

You're Not Forgotten
Know that this very minute God is working behind the scenes on your behalf. You have not been forgotten or disqualified.
You may feel like you have been left behind when it comes to your destiny. Your life may look to you like it has no meaning, no purpose. Well, I am here to let you in on the truth; you do count, you have an awesome destiny, you are full of purpose. You are needed in right where you are today. There is a reason you are alive during this time. You may think you should have been born in another place, another time. Wrong, God created you just like He wanted and that was for a specific reason. Erase all doubts about your life and meaning there of. Get up and get started today. Just know that if God didn’t have a plan for you; then you would not be here. Think outside the box when it comes to your destiny. There are no limitations, except for the ones you place on yourself. No one or group can hold you down or back. When God is ready for you to rise up and be promoted then nothing, and I mean nothing can stop you. Be encouraged today, get going today, get focused today. Your greatest and most wonderful days are yet ahead.

Inside Job
When the Lord looks at your heart, what does He see? Everyone has an outer life and an inner life.
The outer life is our public life that everyone can see. The inner life is made up of your thoughts, your attitudes and your motives. Only you and God know what’s going on inside. Too many people go around today pretending, acting one way, yet on the inside they’re thinking something totally different. Their heart and their actions don’t line up. But we have to understand that God looks at the inside. We can fool a lot of people, but we can’t fool God. God would rather us be open and honest than to go through life pretending or trying to be something that we aren’t. Take inventory of what’s going on inside of you. Are you at peace? Are you overlooking offenses? Do you believe the best in people? Do your heart and actions line up? If not, submit your ways to the Lord and ask Him to give you an undivided heart so that you can be pleasing to Him all the days of your life!
