Secure

God wants you to know that He will never, ever abandon you, lie to you, hurt you, or leave you. He wants you to know that He loves you like none other.

From the time that we are born we all have the need to be wanted. As children we have a fear of being left alone.  Too many times we are, in fact, not wanted and abandoned.  However, that is ending today, no more unwanted or abandonment for you or me.  I am here to tell you that you are wanted and will not be abandoned.  God has told us in His Word that He would never leave us or forsake us.  He does want us and He will never leave us no matter what we do.  The way we separate ourselves from God is by our choice.  So take heart today that you are wanted and loved by many, but most important; by God Himself.  You can be secure in Him!

No More Worries

Be encouraged today by this: You don’t have to worry. You don’t have to try to force things to happen. All you have to do is stay faithful and you too will walk into God’s blessings and favor.

When we try to make things happen our own way and in our own timing then we will end up making huge mistakes in the end.  Even when it seems like nothing at all is happening know that God is operating behind the scenes.  He has our best intentions in His mind.  You just keep doing the last thing He told you to do and all will be fine.  Don’t try to create or promote yourself, let God work on your behalf.  When we follow the plan He has prepared for us; then we will be blessed and favored in our destiny.  Get yourself ready today to begin a life free of worry.

Show Your Smile

When people see you, what kind of message are they getting? Are you happy, friendly, good-natured? Or, are you stressed, grumpy, sour and discouraged? Do others want what you have?  

Most of the time people are not listening to what we say; they are watching how we carry ourselves. Many people may not hear our words, but they are reading our lives.  Our joy is not supposed to be hidden; it’s supposed to be seen.  A simple way to display your joy is through smiling. Even through difficulties and unfair situations, decide to display your joy by faith and smile. Don’t wait to feel the joy in order to smile; you may wait forever.  Instead, put your faith out there and smile.  If you will make the decision to brighten up and put on a cheerful smile, you will feel the joy kick in.  You will not only be healthier, but you will get better breaks and see increase and promotion as you demonstrate joy in your life.

The Love of Jesus

Jesus loves me. How do I know He loves me? Because even when He disciplines me; He does it in and with love. When I fail Him, He loves me.

There is nothing you can do that will separate you from His love.  We may not understand this concept, but that does not make it false.  Can you really grasp the fact that someone loves you that much? For a long, long time I had issues with someone loving me.  I don’t just mean Jesus, but anyone at all, especially if they really knew me.  That did not change the fact that His love for me was there and there was no changing it.  Today, let down your guard, your wall, your whatever that is blocking the unconditional love of Jesus from entering your heart.  The mind may take a little longer, but it will come in line too.  Just know that Jesus loves you!

Overwhelmed No More

Do you feel overwhelmed, alone, no one understands, no way out, or like you want to give up. Know that today is your day for breakthrough.

We can get so caught up and bogged down with all of life’s problems and situations that we wake up one day and are just lost.  I saw a lady the other day, while taking my daughter to school, at a stop light.  From her expression, she was overwhelmed and had no clue as to what to do concerning something in her life.  It made me think about how many of us are so messed up due to things that have happened to us in life that we don’t know which way to turn.  We are just reacting from one situation to the next situation.  That is an awful way to exist, I say exist, because it’s not living.  Today, I see your breakthrough coming.  It may be a small breakthrough, but make the most of it.  Change your perspective, your mindset, your heart and see your life in a different way.  The situation may never change, but that doesn’t mean you can’t change.  I pray for you right now today! Today!

Negative Is Out

People everyday are not living their life to the fullest because of negative words that have been said to them.  “You’re not good enough,” “You’re not smart enough,” “You’re too tall,” “You’re worthless,” “No one will ever love you,” and so on are curses that are being put on people all the time.  Today we are going to break those mindsets.  Refuse to believe all that negative stuff.  You have been wonderfully created and you have more than what it takes to live your destiny.  Know that you are awesome, you are full of value, full of worth, and loved.  You are precious, which means you are costly, unique, there is only one of you.  Be confident in who you are today.

When was the last time you had a good laugh? While laughter may seem like the last thing on your mind and priority list, it’s something we should make a vital part of our day to day life.

God created the gift of laughter to benefit our lives in so many ways. When we’re discouraged, uptight, or stressed, a simple smile or laugh can change a mood instantly.  Not only does it relieve stress, rejuvenate us from the pressures of life and make us feel better, it is medically proven to release healing throughout our body.  Laughter also helps bring down the relational walls in our lives and helps us connect with others better.  Today take time to laugh.  God desires that we live a full life of joy.  Decide to be good natured and fun to be around.  Look for the humor in life.  Laugh today! Dream Validation

A lot of the time people allow the opinions of others to hold them back and water down their dreams. But, we have to realize that there will always be critics and naysayers in life. 

One of the most important things you can learn is that other people don’t have to believe in you in order for your dreams to come happen. Other people don’t set the limits for your life — you do! It’s not what others say about you that affects your life, but what you say and believe about yourself. When God puts a promise in your heart, it’s not up to other people to bring it to pass, it’s up to you!  “It doesn’t matter if other people don’t believe. Their unbelief is not going to keep me from believing in my dreams.” In other words, you don’t need everyone else to validate you. You only have to follow the voice of God for yourself and allow Him to order your steps. Today, know that God sees the hidden treasures inside of you. He wants to bring those treasures out and make your dreams reality. Don’t water down your dreams. Have confidence today because He believes in you, and He is making a way for you!

Just a Word

Everywhere you go, every person you come in contact with; through the power of your spoken words, you can be a difference maker.

People today are starving for affirmation.  Just a pat on the back, a word of encouragement, a nod of approval may be all they need.  Are you the one that can provide this affirmation for them.  Don’t ever think for a moment that you can’t make a difference.  Your affirmation and approval will also come when you plant that seed.  The people at work, school, gym, even the folk at Wal-Mart want to be approved and affirmed.  Just one word from you can make all the difference in the world. So rather than giving everyone a piece of our mind; let’s give them a peace of mind.  Who can you speak life into today? They are all around you; just take time to recognize them.

Approval For Us

So many people in this day and age never received the blessing from their mother or father. They never felt like they received the approval and encouragement they so deeply desired. 

 Your earthly father may not have given you his blessing, but your heavenly Father is rejoicing over you! He’s saying, “I’m proud of you. I love you. You are amazing. You are talented. You are beautiful. You’re going to do great things in life!” He’s releasing favor and hope into your future. Today, no matter what’s happened in your past, no matter what anybody else has said to you or about you, know that your Father God loves you with an everlasting love. He’s proud of you, and He is singing over you. Receive His love today. Receive His approval today. Receive hope today. Have confidence and strength to move forward because you have the blessing of your heavenly Father!
