Say Grace

So many people today live in guilt and condemnation over their past mistakes and wrongdoings. They have this attitude that they are too far gone or they’ve made too many mistakes. They think that if they walk into church, the roof will cave in. Friend, if that’s you, nothing could be further from the truth! It doesn’t matter what you’ve done, it doesn’t matter where you’ve been; God’s grace is enough. Grace is His unmerited favor upon you. You can’t earn it no matter how “good” you act, but He’s offering it to you as a free gift. His grace is what empowers you to change and live the life He’s called you to.

Don’t live another minute in regret, condemnation, heaviness or despair. Receive His grace. It’s as easy as opening your heart and inviting Him to change your life. Remember, there’s nothing you could ever do that His grace can’t bring you through. So open your heart to Him and receive it today!

Be a Giver

When you think you have nothing left to give; that’s when you really can start giving.  When you think you are at your wits end; that’s when you can really have some awesome ideas.

There are people all around you right now that need what you have.  It may be material goods or it may be an encouraging word.  When we think we can’t help others is when we can help the most.  When we get our minds off our own circumstances and help others become who they were created to be; then we will be blessed beyond our wildest dreams.  When we spend all our time trying to get for ourselves and ignore the needs of others we will spend our life frustrated and always wanting more.  To be fulfilled in your life use your talent/gift to see to the needs of others.  All your needs and then some will be met as a result.  The sayings; “What you sow you will reap,” and “What goes around comes around,” will be working on your behalf.  Be a giver today and see awesome results.

No More Limits

Did you know you can actually limit your life by dwelling on the wrong things? So often, wrong thinking keeps people stuck right where they are. If you think you’ll never accomplish your dreams, then your life will follow your thoughts. If you think you don’t have the talent, the connections or the funds, then you are limiting yourself. We have to remember that God’s promises are forever settled in heaven. His Word stands true throughout all eternity!

Don’t limit what God can do in your life by focusing only on what you see in the natural realm. You have to realize that you serve a supernatural God, and just because you don’t see a way doesn’t mean that God doesn’t have a way. God can bring one opportunity across your path that will thrust you to a whole new level. He has explosive blessings in store that can blast you out of where you are and into a place of abundance. If you’ll shift your focus from this earthly realm and start looking at God’s supernatural realm, you’ll see His unlimited possibilities for your future. Take the limits off by setting your thoughts on what He can do in your life today!

Keep On Keeping On

What are you believing God for today? Promotion? Healing? Stronger relationships? Deliverance? God has promised all these things to you in His Word because it’s His heart for you to live in blessing and wholeness.

When you follow the will of God by obeying His Word and precepts, it opens the door for His promises to be fulfilled in your life. You may be doing all the right things today — don’t give up! Perseverance will carry you to the promise.

Perseverance means that you are focused, that you are believing what God says about your situation. It’s looking away from distractions and any negative, defeating thoughts. Perseverance looks away from discouragement and looks to the Word of God. Perseverance has a voice, and it says things like, “No weapon formed against me shall prosper! If God is for me, who can be against me! I am more than a conqueror through Jesus!”

Whatever you are believing for today, keep believing! Stand strong and fight the good fight of faith. Ask God to give you endurance, perseverance and patience so that you can see His promises fulfilled in every area of your life!

Past Present Future

That discouraging feeling when your past comes to your present to destroy your future. Now what do you do about it?

If your life is anything like mine; then you have been faced with this situation.  It is like a bunch in the stomach.  You have worked to make things right, got healed from the hurt of your past, and then just when you think all is well; BAMMM! Your past comes to the now trying to mess up your destiny.  When faced with this situation we have to be secure in the fact that we do have a destiny and purpose in life; no matter of our past.  Take it as a sign that you are growing and maturing in your destiny.  The enemy to your purpose and life will try all he can to stop you.  He will drag up past mistakes and wrong choices to try to get you discouraged, in a funk, so that you will give up and quit.  What you must do is stand strong.  This will not last long.  You are better than anything thrown at you.

Don’t be discouraged today. You are full of purpose and destiny.  Your greatest days are right ahead of you.  No matter how you may feel right this moment; just know that everything is going to all right.  Have faith today in your destiny!!

Perspective

It’s easy to get focused on what’s wrong in life, what we don’t have, and how big our obstacles are. If we’re not careful, we’ll lose sight of all the good things God has done. We’ll take for granted our family, friends, health and the opportunities God has blessed us with. We’ll get so busy and stressed out that we won’t appreciate the gift of today. What’s happened? Our perspective has gotten off.

Perspective is all about how we see a situation. There’s power in your perspective because you will draw into your life what you constantly meditate on. Business may be slow. The economy may be down. The wrong perspective is, “I’ll never make it. It’s just too much.” The right perspective is, “God is supplying all of my needs. He said He would prosper me even in a desert.”

I encourage you to evaluate your perspective. Choose to lift your eyes to God the Father no matter what is happening in your circumstances. Remember, as you set your perspective in the right direction, your life will follow. When you keep an attitude of faith and expectancy, you open the door for His blessing in every area of your life!

Adding to Others

Do you add to people’s lives or do you take away from their lives? If you want to have a quality life, then we must add to others.

When you get to a place where you are secure enough that you don’t look to take from others to meet your needs, but rather you give to others to meet your needs, you know you have made a huge step toward your destiny and purpose.  When you can give away what you have to see that someone else has what they need, you are getting there.  I am not just talking about material, physical things, but even authority, power, ideas, and such.  When you share what you know with others without looking to get anything in return, you are getting closer to your destiny. Look around and find those that need what you have and give it freely without reservation.  Build those relationships, give a hand up to those close to you. Be the difference maker you were created to be today!

Suddenlies

God wants to give you a breakthrough — a sudden burst of His favor; an explosion of His goodness. He wants to release His power in such a way that it overwhelms you and drives out your enemies!

Maybe you’ve been praying about a relationship for years; and suddenly, things get into place. That’s a breakthrough. Or, you were trying to get a certain job. They said there were no openings; but suddenly, they call you back and you get the job. That’s another breakthrough. Perhaps you’ve struggled with an addiction for a long time; but then something happens, and it’s not a struggle anymore. Those are all breakthroughs.

No matter what you’ve been facing, no matter how impossible things look, know this: the God of the breakthrough wants to visit your house. Get ready! Look for His favor and goodness. Remember, God rewards the people who seek after Him. So keep expecting, keep believing because the God of the breakthrough is ready to overwhelm you with His goodness today!

It Could Be Today

So many people are a point where they believe their live will never get any better. They don’t think they will ever see the breakthrough and change they had hoped for will come.

When we lose hope in that our live will change; then we have settled it. The problem is if the breakthrough did come, we would not recognize it, because we have given up.  Don’t stop believing in, don’t stop hoping for and striving for change, breakthrough and restoration in your life.  Begin each day knowing that today is going to be the day.  You may have an addiction in your life that you have been trying to overcome for years. Today is the day.  There may be a broken relationship that you have so wanted to see reconciled. Today is the day. You may have many desires for change in your life, don’t lose hope. Never stop believing that your life can and will get better.  No matter what it looks like or what is going on around you, God is working on your behalf and He is in complete control.

Choose Joy

Happiness isn’t just a random feeling; happiness is a choice. It’s a decision that we have to make by an act of our will. All throughout life, you’re going to have plenty of opportunities to lose your joy. We all go through disappointments. We all have times when things don’t go our way. It’s very easy to let the circumstances of life make us sour and dejected until we just go through the motions of day-to-day living. But if you’re going to live in victory, if you’re going to thrive the way God intends, you’ve got to make the decision that you’re going to enjoy your life. You’ve got to choose to be happy in spite of your circumstances, every single day.

Remember, this is the day that the Lord has made! Choose to rejoice and be glad in it! As you choose joy, you are tapping into His strength which will carry you through to victory all the days of your life!
