Be Great Today
Champions don’t worry about hitting the ceiling or the floor. There is no ceiling. There is no floor.
When you are striving to be unstoppable you don’t think about a ceiling or a floor. A Champion focuses on getting better each day. You never focus on the destination, but rather the journey. You will know when you have arrived and then you keep going. Being a Champion at what you do is a lifestyle not a goal. There will be goals along the way, but they are not the end. Goals are only mile markers along the way. You keep moving even if it looks like you have bottomed out or you have hit the ceiling. Those only exist in the lives of those that desire to be average. The first month of this new year ends today. I encourage you to keep up the fight to be the greatest. Never let up in your process. If you have questions about how to be your best let me know. Good to Greatest
If you’re good, it means you don’t stop until you’re great.
If you’re great, it means you fight until you’re unstoppable. Be a Champion.If you are going to be a Champion you have to be unstoppable. There is no top because you keep raising the standard. You never stop learning and growing. You work at what you do every day. There are no days off from improving. Keep looking for ways to get better. Never satisfied. Not content with the level that you’re at. There is always something new to be discovered. When others think thy have made it and stop working, you pass them up. Being a Champion means you are in it for the long run. Never let anyone tell you that you can’t do it. Don’t let those around you discourage you. Everyone isn’t going to do what it takes to be their best. You have what it takes. You have Champion material inside you. Do the work to bring it out. Are you ready to be unstoppable today?

Being Great!
Champions don’t succeed because they are great.
They succeed because they bring out the greatness in others. Bill Russell, who played for the Boston Celtics, often said his goal was to make his teammates better. Bill Russell is a Champion. A Champion will demand the best from those around them. Being relentless you will not tolerate anything less than your best. When you bring out the greatness in those around you, you will win. Your mindset is about what is best for the team, not necessarily what is best for you. Sometimes what is best for all may not be so good for you, but as a Champion that is okay. You have the ability to be the difference in people’s lives. If you are going to be a Champion, make sure that you are others minded. Bring out the greatness in those around you and you will succeed in life. Are you bringing out the greatness?

Greatness
You have to remember, as a Champion, you have greatness on the inside of you.
When you go through disappointments or tough times, you may feel like you’ve been buried. You may feel like you’re in a dark, lonely place. You may feel like it’s the end; but in reality, it’s only the beginning. The fact is, you haven’t been buried; you have been planted. That means you’re coming back. And not only are you coming back, but you’re coming back in strength, better and stronger than before! In those tough times, you’ve got to draw the line in the sand. Make a declaration, “This tough time is not going to bury me. This loss, this disappointment, this injustice is not going to cause me to give up on my dreams. I refuse to live in self-pity. I know I am a seed. That means I cannot be buried. I can only be planted. I may be down, but it’s only temporary. I know I’m not only coming back, I’m coming back even better than I was before!” Are you planted today?

Bringing Out Greatness

Sign of Greatness
One of signs of greatness is wanting something better for others. It’s the willingness to take second place if it means willfully moving others higher.
It’s easy to be someone’s friend when they’ve got it all together, when they’re walking in blessing and prosperity. Anybody can believe in people after they’re successful, after they graduate, after they’re promoted, after they get their big break. But, people need our support the most before they get their breakthrough. They need us to look past their faults and failures and see their potential. Most times, people just need a little “push” of encouragement to keep them moving forward. We should always put ourselves in the other person’s shoes and see things from their perspective. You may have some good advice that could save them a lot of heartache and pain. Don’t keep it to yourself. Pick up the phone. Help them win. Maybe you excelled in a college course that they’re struggling in. Don’t sit back and think, “Too bad. They’ve got to learn it the hard way.” When you help others rise higher, you are fulfilling your mission. Today, share your love, support and encouragement. Invest life in others, see their potential. Is there someone you need to help move higher?

Ready for 2022
I hope that you have had a great year in 2021.
At the same time, I believe that 2022 is going to be your best year yet. Rebound from the tough situations that you have been in during the year. Grow from the good times and go to a higher level in the coming year. Your inner Champion is ready to come out. You are prime to be the difference in those around you. I am pumped about your future and what is going to take place in your life starting tomorrow. Don’t let another year pass by without being the Champion you were created to be.
