Fans

If you’re going to pursue greatness, if you’re going to be a great businessperson, a great teacher, a great parent, a great leader, you have to understand that not everyone is going to cheer you on.

I’d love to tell you that your family, friends and co-workers will celebrate you, but that’s not necessarily the case. Some people simply can’t handle your success. As you grow and win, someone will get jealous. Someone will start finding fault. Don’t be surprised if a relative tries to belittle or discredit you. You can’t focus on making everyone around you happy or you’ll start changing and lose sight of your goal. Remember, your destiny is too great to be distracted by people who are never going to affirm you. Don’t take it personally. It’s not about you. It’s their problem. Shake it off, play your game, and be great anyway. Having greatness in the middle of criticism begins with forgiveness. Don’t hold a grudge. Let it go! Rise above it all and because you’re relentless. Are you ready to be unstoppable?

Greatness

Champions don’t succeed because they are great.
They succeed because they bring out the greatness in others. Bill Russell, who played for the Boston Celtics, often said his goal was to make his teammates better. Bill Russell is a Champion. A Champion will demand the best from those around them. Being relentless you will not tolerate anything less than your best. When you bring out the greatness in those around you, you will win. Your mindset is about what is best for the team, not necessarily what is best for you. Sometimes what is best for all may not be so good for you, but as a Champion that is okay. You have the ability to be the difference in people’s lives. If you are going to be a Champion, make sure that you are others minded. Bring out the greatness in those around you and you will succeed in life. Are you bringing out the greatness?

Being Different

Instead of being afraid to be different, be afraid to be like everyone else.

Seems like everyone wants to fit in these days. However, as a Champion you have to dare to be different. A Champion is not like all the others. Champions stand out from the rest. You have to be willing to not conform to the norm or the average. Being relentless means being yourself. You can’t be anyone else, everyone else is taken. You have to do the work that the average aren’t going to do. This another reason that the extra mile is far less crowded than the start. Make up your mind today that you are different than the rest of the crowd. You are a Champion. Are you ready to be different today?

Inside Greatness

When you go through disappointments or tough times, you may feel like you’ve been buried. You may feel like you’re in a dark, lonely place. You may feel like it’s the end; but in reality, it’s only the beginning. The fact is, you haven’t been buried; you have been planted. That means you’re coming back. And not only are you coming back, but you’re coming back in strength, better and stronger than before! In those tough times, you’ve got to draw the line in the sand. Make a declaration, “This tough time is not going to bury me. This loss, this disappointment, this injustice is not going to cause me to give up on my dreams. I refuse to live in self-pity. I know I am a seed. That means I cannot be buried. I can only be planted. I may be down, but it’s only temporary. I know I’m not only coming back, I’m coming back even better than I was before!” Are you planted today?

Finish the Job

When everyone else is panicking and chocking, and you say; “No problem.” You step up and finish the job.

This is what Champion’s do. They don’t let the pressure of the situation get to them. People that are relentless are the ones that cause the pressure. When you are a Champion you are the one that ramps up the pressure because you thrive on it. When others are cracking up and giving up; you are just getting started. Let those that aren’t going to go the distance get out of the way. Then you will have more room to perform in. A Champion is a finisher. There is no quit in a person that is unstoppable. Pushing Through

Want to be a Champion? Then you ignore the pain, exhaustion and the pressure to be the greatest.

On the journey to be the best people fall by the side because it’s “too hard.” They make various excuses as to why they “couldn’t” make it. However, a Champion ignore the pain, the exhaustion, the pressure and become the greatest. Listen, being unstoppable, a Champion isn’t easy, I understand that. Many people talk about being a Champion, but that is as far as it goes. It takes a special and unique person to be able to push through all the adversity. However, each of you have the qualities necessary to be relentless, a Champion. Be special and unique in whatever it is you do. I want to see you rise to the top. I want to see you be the greatest person you can be. Push through the adversity, be an overcomer, be the difference today! Be the person others look to when the game is one the line. This is your time to step up and be who you were created to be. Push past the pain, brush off the exhaustion, step up to the pressure. You can do this. Being the Standard

You’re not competing with anyone else, ever again. They’re going to have to compete against you.

Being a Champion means raising the standard and never stop raising it. You are the one who others are measuring up against. You set the bar. You don’t compare yourself to anyone else. You are the one that others compare themselves too. This means that you never settle again. It means you never give up. You make the rules that others follow. Being unstoppable is not easy but nothing worth doing is easy. You are relentless in what you do. You will never regret the work that you put into being a Champion. I hope that you have had a great year in 2017.
At the same time, I believe that 2018 is going to be your best year yet. Rebound from the tough situations that you have been in during the year. Grow from the good times and go to a higher level in the coming year. Your inner Champion is ready to come out. You are prime to be the difference in those around you. I am pumped about your future and what is going to take place in your life starting tomorrow. Don’t let another year pass by without being the Champion you were created to be.
