Solution Mindset

The question is; who is able to bring their mental talents to the table on a consistent basis and has can respond appropriately to pressure.

If you are able to respond in a positive, problem solving manner consistently; you are in a small group. We are all mentally tough as long as everything is going our way. However, what happens when someone says something about you, about a friend, spouse, or child. Are you able to remain mentally tough? Are you able to respond in a way that address the solution to the problem and not just the problem? Most people keep rehearsing the problem, talking the problem, trying to get even and so on. These people are never satisfied because nothing is ever accomplished. When you look at the people that are solution minded, remain mentally tough and respond appropriately; you see results. It seems like some people were put here to ‘keep the pot stirred up.’ It takes a mindset change, a different perspective to make be solution minded. I encourage you today to be solution minded and not problem minded. Are you being solution minded or problem minded today?
