Planted not Buried

But you have to remember, as a Champion, you have greatness on the inside of you. When you go through disappointments or tough times, you may feel like you’ve been buried. You may feel like you’re in a dark, lonely place. You may feel like it’s the end; but in reality, it’s only the beginning. The fact is, you haven’t been buried; you have been planted. That means you’re coming back. And not only are you coming back, but you’re coming back in strength, better and stronger than before! In those tough times, you’ve got to draw the line in the sand. Make a declaration, “This tough time is not going to bury me. This loss, this disappointment, this injustice is not going to cause me to give up on my dreams. I refuse to live in self-pity. I know I am a seed. That means I cannot be buried. I can only be planted. I may be down, but it’s only temporary. I know I’m not only coming back, I’m coming back even better than I was before!” Are you planted today?

Tough Seasons

Every struggle, every challenge, every failure is meant to help show us who we are in this moment and how far we have to go to be a Champion.

Every thing in life happens for a reason. You may not like the reason at the time, but know that it all works in your favor. It’s all in your perspective. A Champion takes the worst of days to build the best of days. Being relentless and unstoppable requires you to take every day and make it your best. Some of the worse days of my life have been my best. As a Champion being your best at your lowest point is a necessity. There is no time for pity parties, blaming others or looking for a way out. Go through the tough times and learn. A Champion never stops learning, it’s a daily process. Take inventory of your life today. Where are you at in life? Are in a good season or a tough season? Know that every tough day is a good day. Be the Champion that you were created to be today. You ready to be a Champion?

Determination

A Champion will decide how to get the job done, and then they do whatever is necessary to make it happen.

There is no giving up in a Champion. Every Champion I have ever met is unstoppable. They see the situation in question, then devise a process to get the done completed. Then they do whatever has to be done to get it done. Once you have decided to take on the task, don’t stop until it is done. There are many who start the process but very few that actually finish. If you desire to be a Champion, that is the simple process. The process may be simple, however, the working of the process is the hard part. It is hard work being unstoppable. A lot of that comes from those that aren’t unstoppable, that don’t want you to be either. People that stop, give up and quit do not want you to keep going, not give up and finish. That is why you have to be determined when you are unstoppable. You have what it takes to be the Champion you have dreamed about being. Are you determined today?

Doing Your Job

Champions rarely congratulate you for doing your job; they just expect you to do it.

If you are a Champion you don’t hand out “you showed up” trophies. Relentless people expect you to do what you are supposed to do and to do it at your best. A Champion will not tolerate someone that takes plays off, doesn’t try to make every sell, doesn’t study their best for every test. Champion mindset is that if they are doing their absolute best every day; then you should too. It’s not about talent, it’s about the effort. It doesn’t take talent to show up and be unstoppable. It’s a mental thing more than a physical thing. So there is no excuse for you or me not to show up every day and be the best at what we do. Being relentless no more your talent level. Not looking for someone to tell you ‘good job’ when you do your job. You have Champion ability inside you. Today is your day to step up and be that Champion. Are you ready to dominate the day?

Your Mission

Champions lock in on their mission and stop at nothing to execute it; they know what has to be done, and it gets done.

Being relentless and unstoppable means you will get the job done no matter what comes against you. Champions will eliminate distractions that try to stop them from accomplishing their goal. Those that have decided not to be the best of the greatest are not locked in, allow the distractions and the adversity to stop them from finishing. You don’t stop until the job is done and then you actually keep going. There is no stopping in someone who is unstoppable. Do what you need to do to get locked in so good that nothing can stop you. It is going to take this level of focus to be a Champion in whatever it is you do. You have what it takes to be the one who stands above the rest and leads the way. Never let anyone convince you otherwise. They are too late to try to get you to believe you’re not Champion material. You are more than good enough to be the greatest of the best. Let’s get started today in fulfilling your purpose and destiny in life. You will never be disappointed that you took this step. Are you ready to be locked and loaded today?

Helium

A Champion is never intimidated by pressure, they thrive on it.

As we continue talking about being a Champion, an unstoppable person, pressure is always a subject that comes up. Pressure is what you feel when you don’t know what you are doing or don’t feel confident in your skill to do it. Therefore, most people don’t like the feeling of pressure. Breathing shortens, difficulty in swallowing, and sweating are the usual signs of someone under pressure. Also, the performance suffers. However, for the Champion it’s just the opposite. Pressure isn’t looked at as negative. An unstoppable person takes pressure and uses it to their advantage. Instead of it holding them down and preventing maximum effort, it pushes them up. It’s like helium in a balloon. It raises the performance level of a Champion to another level. Pressure, to a Champion, separates them even farther from the rest. If you wanting to become unstoppable, relentless and a Champion, then adjust your response to pressure. Use it to make you better. How do you feel pressure today?

The Voice

All through the day, there are two voices that compete for our attention — the voice of victory and the voice of defeat.

You’ll hear a voice saying, “You’ll never be a Champion. You don’t have what it takes. You’ve reached your limit.” But if you listen carefully, you’ll hear another voice saying, “You are well able. You can do it. Your best days are still up ahead.” You are the one who gets to choose which voice has power in your life. The moment you verbalize a thought, you give it the right to happen. The negative voice may be louder, but you can override it. You can take away all of its power by simply choosing the voice of victory. What voice are you listening to today?

You Ready

Athletes that perform at their best when their best is needed have learned to live in the present moment and are know they are unstoppable.

Everybody is good at the beginning of the game. However, it is the ones that are relentless the entire game, especially when it’s on the line. Whatever your game is you have to be able to come through at crunch time. Whether its closing a major deal, passing that test, or whatever it is you do. Being a Champion means you are the best when the situation is the toughest. You don’t get too far ahead in thinking nor do you stay in the past. Being a Champion means you are in the now. Be where your feet are. You are unstoppable when others are stopping. Be consistent and steady. Show others that you are the best, you don’t have to tell them. Be the last one standing at the end of the day. You have what it takes to be the best today. Are you in the now and unstoppable?

Strengths

Part of being a Champion is knowing what you have to give up to do the work.

To be the absolute best in what you do, you will have to give up something in another area. You won’t be a Champion in every area of your life, but there is an area that God has created you to be the best. There will be an area in your life that has to take a backseat to your talent area. The question is what area will that be. Stay focused in your strength area. This is to say that don’t try to be a unstoppable in every area. If you aren’t really good at something, then that’s okay. Stay on top in what you do. I have never been good in math, so I don’t try to get a lot better, because it’s not a strength of mine. I spend energy in the area that I am the best. Take inventory of what you are doing in life and see what you need to give up. What do you need to give up right now?
