Daily Gift
Sometimes our days can be so full and busy that we forget how fragile life really is. It’s easy to allow little things to creep in and steal our peace and joy. Maybe something doesn’t go our way or someone says something upsetting. Even traffic can cause us to lose focus if we let it. We have to remember that each day is a gift. If we choose to focus on what’s wrong, we’ll miss the beauty that each day has to offer.
I encourage you today; don’t let the precious moments of life pass you by. Don’t wait for holidays and birthdays to show people that you care. Remember, each day is unique and irreplaceable. You have been given time that can be invested or wasted; hours that can be used or misused. That’s why the psalmist prayed to God, “Teach us to number our days.” He was saying, “Teach us to value every moment we’ve been given.” As you daily keep a proper perspective, you’ll gain a heart of wisdom. You’ll draw closer to God and experience the full blessing that He has for you each and every day!

Blessed Words
Did you know you have the power to bless or curse your future? Your words have tremendous power. If you go around saying things like “I don’t have what it takes. I’m so clumsy; I can’t get anything right. I’m so undisciplined. I’ll probably never lose this weight,” you just cursed your future. No, we’ve got to be extremely careful about what we allow to come out of our mouths. Realize your words are setting the direction for your life. Let me ask you today, which direction are you going? Are you declaring good things? Are you blessing your life, speaking words of faith over your future? Or, are you going around saying negative things like “Nothing good ever happens to me. I’ll probably never get out of debt. I’ll never break this addiction?”
Choose to bless your future. Choose to declare what God says. As you align your words with His Word, you’re setting your future up for success. You’re preparing your way for victory, and you will fulfill the destiny He has planned for you!

Bless You
I want to declare words of blessing over you. I want to call forth your seeds of greatness. Someone may have told you what you can’t become, but I’m here to tell you what you can become.
You are a person of destiny. You are equipped. You are talented. You are creative. You were designed for a purpose. You are loved, chosen and accepted by God. There is nothing you can do to make Him love you more and nothing you can do to make Him love you less. His grace is sufficient for you. His angels have charge over you. You are blessed coming in and blessed going out. You have uncommon wisdom. You have uncommon joy. You have uncommon peace. He is your vindicator, and He will fight for you!

To the Full
God has given you everything you need in order to enjoy your life. Think about that for a minute. What is keeping you from living life to the full? You may not be in the home you want. You may not have the exact job you would like. Maybe you’re single and really want to be married. If you focus on these temporary things, it opens the door to comparison and frustration.
It’s good to have big dreams. It’s good to want to increase. But if you start comparing yourself to others, it opens the door for the enemy to steal your joy. If you don’t learn to be happy where you are, you’ll never get to where you want to be. But if you’ll choose to be happy, refuse self-pity and refuse to complain, then you are sowing good seeds for God to take you where you want to be in your future. Friend, realize today that God is directing your steps. You have a future and a hope. Take joy in knowing that He is working all things together for your good according to His divine plan. Stay in faith, focus on Him and obey His commands. Soon, you’ll see those new doors open so you can walk boldly into the place of blessing God has in store for you!

Approval For Us
So many people in this day and age never received the blessing from their mother or father. They never felt like they received the approval and encouragement they so deeply desired.
Your earthly father may not have given you his blessing, but your heavenly Father is rejoicing over you! He’s saying, “I’m proud of you. I love you. You are amazing. You are talented. You are beautiful. You’re going to do great things in life!” He’s releasing favor and hope into your future. Today, no matter what’s happened in your past, no matter what anybody else has said to you or about you, know that your Father God loves you with an everlasting love. He’s proud of you, and He is singing over you. Receive His love today. Receive His approval today. Receive hope today. Have confidence and strength to move forward because you have the blessing of your heavenly Father!

Sow a Blessing
Have you thought about the people in your life who need your blessing? They need your approval. They need to hear you say, “I’m proud of you. You’re going to do great things.” That’s speaking the blessing. That’s releasing favor into their future. When you say to the people you love, “I’m so glad you’re in my life. You mean the world to me,” you just gave them the blessing. When you tell one of your employees, coworkers or a student, “You amaze me with your ability. You have such a bright future,” those are not just nice compliments. When you speak the blessing, you’re releasing God’s wisdom, protection, favor and abundance into their future. You can literally help shape their destiny. One word of encouragement, one word of approval can be what helps them to really step up to who God created them to be.
Today, choose to speak the blessing. Sow good seeds into the lives of the people you love. Remember, what you make happen for others, God will make happen for you. As you sow the blessing, you’ll reap the blessing and experience His victory and favor all the days of your life.

Expect the Unexpected
You may not understand why you’re going through rough times, but don’t worry Keep trusting God. He will bless you in unexpected ways.
When we hit the rough seas, tough times, difficult situations, or whatever name you give it, we may not know why we are experiencing it. Just know that God was taken by surprise, He knows exactly where you are at and what you are going through. Never doubt or lose your trust in Him, He will see you through it and you will be blessed as a result. ‘Every cloud as a silver lining,’ is a true statement but only if you make it true. Be sure you have the right perspective of the situation. Know that there is a blessing in the storm. Keep your head up and your eyes focused on the purpose. Learn from the situation you are in today. Know that it will not last much longer. Today is your day to step into your blessing!

Be Expecting
Are you expecting God to fill you and increase you beyond measure? One thing we have to realize is that negative thinking closes us off to what God wants to do in our lives.
If you go around thinking “Well, I don’t think I’ll ever meet my sales goals this year with the economy like it is;” or “I don’t think I’ll ever get promoted. I’m not that qualified;” or “I don’t think I’ll ever get well,” then the problem is that your mouth is barely open. But Jesus said, “According to your faith, it will be done unto you.” He might as well have said, “If you’ve got a cup, I’ll fill you with a cup level of blessing. If you’ve got a bucket, I’ll fill you with a bucket level of blessing.” Jesus is saying today, “Why don’t you take the limits off? Why don’t you believe for supernatural opportunities? Why don’t you go out each day expecting increase and promotion?” Expect favor, expect peace, expect joy. If you’ll go out each day expecting far-and-beyond favor, if you’ll “open wide your mouth,” you won’t be disappointed. He’ll fill your cup until it overflows and lead you into the abundant life He has in store for you!

Blessed to Bless
No matter where you are in life, or what’s happening around you, start looking for more of God’s favor. Don’t settle for where you are.
Don’t settle for just barely getting by. Believe that God is good, and He wants to do more in and through you. I find it strange that some preachers will preach against prosperity and then ask their congregation for more money. Makes no sense. God is out for our good not our harm. He does want to pour out His favor on us. It can come in many different forms. Money is one of the least of the favor of God, but it is in the blessing of His favor. We have so much that is right there for us, but we stop before we receive it. Receive God’s favor and His blessing today, so that you can be a blessing to others. If you don’t seem to be in the blessing and favor today, it may be because you just want it all for yourself. Not going to happen. God will bless you only so that you can be a blessing to others.

Heads Up
Could you use a blessing today? Has it been a long time since you caught a break? Wondering when it’s going to be your day?
We all get caught in a rut from time to time. There are times when nothing seems like it is going our way. The line; ‘I can’t win for losing,’ often times comes up during these stretches of time. Your day is coming. You are not down, but getting up. We can’t just wait for our break to come, but we have to prepare for it. The opportunity of a lifetime must be taken during the lifetime of the opportunity. If you have your head down you will miss the signs pointing to your breakthrough. Be ready today for your break and blessing. Your best day is just around the corner. Heads up for the greatest day of your life!
